The CopilotSEO affiliate program is available to all registered CopilotSEO users — including free plan users. There is no minimum follower count, traffic requirement, or approval process. You are eligible to participate as soon as you create your account.

You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn commissions on your own subscriptions. Self-referral is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any commissions earned and termination of your affiliate participation.

You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships. In many countries, including the United States and United Kingdom, you are legally required to disclose affiliate relationships when earning commissions from referrals. This disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and placed near any referral link.

You earn 10 percent of every payment made by a customer you referred. This commission applies to all plan tiers — Growth ($79/month) and Pro ($149/month). There is no upper limit on the number of referrals or total commissions you can earn.

Commissions are earned on recurring monthly payments. If a referred customer upgrades from Growth to Pro, your commission percentage remains the same (10 percent) but your earnings increase to reflect the higher payment amount. If a referred customer downgrades, your commission decreases proportionally.

You do not earn commissions on free plan accounts — commissions are only generated when a referred user subscribes to a paid plan and makes a successful payment.

If a referred customer requests a refund within the 14-day money-back guarantee period, the commission associated with that payment is reversed and deducted from your available balance.

Referrals are tracked using your unique referral link and referral code. When a user visits CopilotSEO via your referral link, a referral cookie is set in their browser. If they create an account and subscribe within that session or a subsequent session (subject to cookie retention), the referral is attributed to you.

Alternatively, referred users can enter your referral code manually during sign-up. Both methods result in the same commission structure.

Attribution is on a first-click basis — the first affiliate link a user clicks receives the attribution. If a user has already been referred by another affiliate, subsequent referral links from different affiliates will not override the original attribution.

CopilotSEO does not guarantee attribution in all cases. Technical factors such as browser privacy settings, ad blockers, incognito browsing, or cleared cookies may prevent referral tracking. We are not liable for commissions that cannot be tracked due to user-side technical interference.

All commissions are subject to a 3-month (90-day) hold period from the date the commission is earned. This hold period exists to account for potential refund requests, chargebacks, and subscription cancellations during the early months of a customer's subscription.

During the hold period, commissions are visible in your dashboard as "Pending" earnings. After the hold period expires, commissions move to "Available" status and can be requested for cashout.

If a referred customer cancels their subscription before the hold period expires, any commissions from that customer that are still in the hold period will be reversed and will not become available.

You can request a cashout of your available earnings at any time from the Settings page in your CopilotSEO account, under the Referral Program section. The minimum cashout amount is $100. You cannot request a cashout for less than this amount.

Cashouts are paid via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payment. CopilotSEO does not support payment via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or any other method at this time.

When you submit a cashout request, you will need to enter your PayPal email address and the amount you wish to withdraw (up to your total available balance). Cashout requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days of submission.

CopilotSEO reserves the right to request identity verification before processing large cashout requests. If verification is required, we will contact you at your registered email address with instructions.

You are responsible for all taxes on affiliate income earned through the program. CopilotSEO does not withhold taxes on commission payments. Please consult a tax advisor in your jurisdiction regarding your obligations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all pending and available commissions:

• Self-referral or creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of generating commissions on your own subscriptions
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that generates referral attributions without genuine user intent
• Paid advertising campaigns that bid on CopilotSEO brand name keywords (e.g. "CopilotSEO") on search engines
• Making false or misleading claims about CopilotSEO products, features, pricing, or results in your promotional materials
• Spamming — sending unsolicited emails, messages, or posts containing your referral link
• Using your referral link on websites or in contexts that violate our Terms of Service, including adult content sites, gambling sites, or sites promoting illegal activities
• Claiming to be an official representative, employee, or partner of CopilotSEO

CopilotSEO reserves the right to modify the affiliate program terms, commission rates, hold periods, or cashout minimums at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to registered affiliates with at least 30 days notice for material changes to commission rates.

CopilotSEO reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination for cause (policy violation), all pending and available commissions may be forfeited. In the event of termination without cause, available commissions will be paid out within 30 days.

You may withdraw from the affiliate program at any time by contacting support@copilotseo.io. Any available commissions at the time of withdrawal will be paid out subject to the minimum cashout threshold.
